CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Responsible for the strategic planning and daily operations of the KB Home Houston Studio, including the management of both the internal and external design teams.

Managed successful retail operations and team for two Neiman Marcus flagship stores, exceeding sales performance goals for 4 consecutive years as Assistant General Manager of downtown Dallas location and 8 consecutive years as Assistant General Manager of NorthPark location (High volume store, generating $190M annual sales). Performed as Acting General Manager 11/2018 – 5/2019.

Opened 4 new store locations, including direct oversight and management of final construction, hiring, merchandising, and stock assortment as Club Monaco District Manager.

Director, Studio
Responsible for the strategic planning and operations of the Studio to ensure profitability and efficiency. Supervise and guide performance of eight management and design employees. Also responsible for the design and merchandising of model homes and model parks within and surrounding the Houston metroplex, partnering with outside interior design and landscaping teams.

Assistant General Manager  - NorthPark 2012 – 2020
Managed combined sales, P&L, ongoing development and customer service for 220,000 square-foot luxury department store with $190M in total annual sales. Supervised and guided performance of 400 management, sales, and support employees with high attention to coaching & development, scheduling, policy compliance, performance quality, customer service, continuous improvement opportunities, and professional growth.  Partnered with Planning and Merchant organization leaders to determine strategies that would yield positive results. Planned and executed store budget, and ensured guidelines were followed to minimize expenses and maximize revenue. Increased RTW sales by $8M and consistently met sales targets for 6 consecutive years.  Grew Fine Apparel business by $2M within three years of arrival. Achieved milestone sales in vendors Lafayette 148 ($4.3M), Sisley ($2.5M) and Clé de Peau ($2.2M).

Directed strategic planning and execution of sales, branding, and merchandising for 11 Club Monaco locations across the Western U.S. and sole U.S. outlet. Concurrently managed Midwest and Southwest territories until early 2005. Identified and introduced assortment opportunities towards achieving store buying/planning goals while merchandising uniformity across all store locations.
